Bidding is open to all contractors who can demonstrate the capacity, experience and other eligibility requirement of similar works.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 16^th June 2024 at 15:00 Hrs. All bids must be accompanied by:

  • Current VAT Registration licence from Somalia Ministry of Finance, inland revenue department
  • Valid Registration and Trading Licence -Certificates to be attached
  • Memorandum of Association (MOA) to be attached.
  • Proff of registration as a local vendor in Mogadishu District
  • CVs and Copies of certificates for the Key personnel –
    • Project Manager – Degree in Civil /Building/Construction /Architecture with minimum 3 years’ experience in similar construction
    • Foreman  –  Diploma in Civil/Building/Construction/architecture with minimum 3 years’ experience  in similar construction
  • Company Experience – Minimum three years’ experience in Construction projects with attached evidence of proof of works like; completion certificates, recommendation, copy of contracts etc.
  • Compliance to technical specifications or BOQ
  • List of Equipment to be used (Owned / Lease)
  • Written Power of Attorney
  • Bank statement for 2024
  • Work plan
  • Signed and filled BoQ

Bids will be opened on 16^th June 2024 in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
