  • Letter of recommendation from the Ministry of Public works in Jubbaland State (Kismayo)
  • Clearance Letter from the Ministry of Internal Security in Jubbaland State
  • Valid Registration and Trading Licence from Jubbaland State (Kismayo) -Certificates to be attached
  • Current Tax Registration licence and Tax compliance from Jubbaland State (Kismayo)
  • Memorandum of Association (MOA) to be attached.
  • CVs and Copies of certificates for the Key personnel –
    • Project Manager – Minimum BSc. Civil/Construction Engineering and two years minimum experience in construction of water projects as the project engineer or manager level.
    • Foreman – Minimum of Diploma in Civil/construction or water engineering and two years minimum experience in construction of water projects as foreman.
  • Company Experience – Must have proof of previous experience in implementation of solar powered water supply projects construction and installation of solar powered lighting systems from year 2020 to year 2023. Attach copy of proof of works completion or copy of contracts
  • Compliance to technical specifications or BOQ
  • List of Equipment to be used (Owned / Lease)
  • Written Power of Attorney
  • Bank statement from Jan 2023 to date
  • Work plan
  • Signed and fully filled BoQ
