Elle a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 Khartoum, au Soudan, en tant que membre du Groupe de Haut niveau de l&rsquo;UA pour la Mise en Ouvre \u00a0sur le Soudan et le Soudan du Sud, dirig\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ancien pr\u00e9sident sud-africain, Thabo Mbeki.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a rejoint la Commission de l&rsquo;Union Africaine en mai 2002 et a occup\u00e9 divers postes pour assurer la paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le continent.<\/p>\n<p>Mme Lortan est une ressortissante Sud-Africaine.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est titulaire d&rsquo;un baccalaur\u00e9at en litt\u00e9rature et d&rsquo;une Ma\u00eetrise en Philosophie option Th\u00e9orie Sociale et Politique, Universit\u00e9 du Kwa-Zulu Natal et l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Cambridge, respectivement.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mme Fiona Lortan est la Repr\u00e9sentante Sp\u00e9ciale Adjointe du Pr\u00e9sident de la Commission de l&rsquo;UA (RSPCA) pour la Somalie et chef de mission adjointe.
