Mogadishu, 23 September 2022—The African Union Transition Mission in Somalia (ATMIS) is proud to have supported the Somalia National Army (SNA) in the latest offensive in the Hiran region.
The ongoing operation, which was Phase Two of a series of planned offensives started on 15th September 2022 and has so far been an overwhelming success.
ATMIS remains deeply committed to supporting the Federal Government of Somalia to provide increased security, stability, and peace in Somalia.
